Café Overlook builds your foundation. The Line is where you elevate your craft — a full-service restaurant, workforce development program, and community gathering place, opening in 2026 at 145 N. Grant Ave.
The Line immerses participants in the real pace, precision, and service standards of a working restaurant. Fine dining service, culinary leadership, guest experience, restaurant operations, events, and team leadership. It's the next level of opportunity for people already in the industry who are ready to take the next step.

Service! continues opening doors long after training ends.
Whether that's becoming a sous chef, general manager, educator, or mentor, the path forward doesn't stop at employment.
Graduates of Café Overlook and The Line go on to lead kitchens, train the next cohort of workers, and shape the future of hospitality in Central Ohio. Service! stays connected to that growth well beyond the program itself.

Entrepreneurship & Incubator Support
A formal path for hospitality professionals ready to launch their own restaurant, bakery, food truck, or packaged food business — including shared kitchen access and business development support — is in planning and will launch as the next phase of Service!'s work. Details will be added here as that program takes shape.
